SERVICES FOR BUSINESSES AND CORPORATE ENTITIES

Are you asking  yourself what your role as a leader in corporate is within the broader reconciliation and restitution debate? Do you want to do CSI in a way that allows for more systemic interventions that target socio-economic injustices rather than once-off charity drives? What do concepts like race, power, privilege and equity have to do with consumer behaviour, access to capital, business strategy and your bottom line?

At L&N Advisors we believe that once you know better, you can lead better. There is more to diversity in the workplace than "add women and people of colour to the company and stir". Our range of services will ensure that transformational change towards doing business in a just and equitable manner occurs at a deeper, personal and relational level.

These include:

* Facilitated anti-racism and anti-discrimination workshops for employees and senior leadership.

* Topical deep-dives e.g. unconscious bias and its connection to staff morale, performance reviews, retention of young 'millennials' of colour, and sustainable Employment Equity (EE) strategies that are embedded in the business culture.

* Coaching services include the unique creation of 'safe spaces' for staff and leadership to unlearn and relearn important concepts that impact how they manage the business and each other (individual or small groups).

* Crisis intervention support in the aftermath of a discriminatory incident

* Strategy development for proactively making your business a more transformed and equitable place of belonging.

Window Light in Church

SERVICES FOR INDEPENDENT GROUPS AND RELIGIOUS ORGANISATIONS

The World Population Review (2018) estimates that 80% of South Africans identify as Christians. If that is the case, we cannot ignore the role of the church and religious organisations in building and creating a more just and equitable society.

At L&N Advisors we provide various services (from discounted to pro-bono services) for church members and leaders who want to embark on the journey of exploring the relationships between faith, power and justice in your unique context. Our work is committed to empower faith leaders for leading and listening within conversations about power and privilege. We use a variety of tools to facilitate healing and a restoration of trust between churches and their communities.

Perhaps you want to embark on this journey without being attached to your school, university, business or church? We also offer individual and group consultation opportunities to curate an experience that will allow you to enter and stay in these conversations which include guided small group pilgrimages to museums and critical sites of importance for social justice understanding.

As this is a very specific and sensitive service, please contact us directly for further information.
