African roots. Global resonance.

— THE RECORD

This page is a factual record, for more of her personality visit Discover.

Lovelyn Nwadeyi is a keynote speaker, host and writer whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, social justice, education and the stories that technology is reshaping. She has spent over a decade in the rooms where the stakes are real - advising institutions, anchoring stages, and asking the questions that move conversations from comfortable to consequential.

Her career spans public policy, media, and strategic advisory work. She played a foundational role in rebuilding MTN Group’s Regulatory and Public Policy function across 24 markets during a critical period of institutional renewal - one of the most complex regulatory jobs on the continent. At Netflix, she served as Regional Inclusion Strategy Lead for the UK, Poland and the Middle East as well as other emerging markets. Her work shaped inclusion and cultural literacy within and across rooms that held the most decorated content and production leaders in the world. She then established Chronicle Group, consolidating her business interests across consulting, narrative work and technology - all in service of one conviction: that good business can be done justly. Her writing reaches audiences who want rigour without jargon, and her keynotes carry the authority of someone who has not only studied transformation but has worked inside it and lived it.

Lovelyn was named among South Africa’s Mzansi 100 Influencers and by Elle Magazine as one of its foremost Women to Watch. She is a Senior Atlantic Fellow for Racial Equity. She was present and active in the first wave of #FeesMustFall and #EndOutsourcing in 2015 and has also spent years in youth leadership development and public speaking training.

As a host and MC, she brings intellectual sharpness, warmth and the rare ability to hold a room’s attention while making every speaker feel genuinely seen. As a keynote speaker, she makes the complex legible - whether the subject is racial equity, narrative literacy, the future of education, or how artificial intelligence is changing the stories we tell about ourselves.

A timeline of her work

I show up for the hard conversations - on stage, on the page, and in the room - because I believe the right words, said well, can change what people believe is possible.
